Complaints and Appeals
The authors are welcome to submit their complaints about the followings:
- Appeal against rejection
The decision on a paper is final and cannot be appealed.
- Publication process and delay in reviewing time
These complaints will be handled by the Editor-in-Chief and give feedback addressing the complainant’s complaint.
- Publication ethics
The response to any complaints relevant to publication ethics will be handled according to the Committee on Publication Ethics which is followed by the Editor-in-Chief. The complainant can submit a complaint the Committee on Publication Ethics if the decision is not satisfactory.
All complaints are received directly by the Editor-in-Chief via E-mail.
